The esteemed annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition is back for 2019 in Jordan Well, Coventry. The exhibition will run from 16th Feb to 2nd June and will showcase the most celebrated images of our planets amazing wildlife shot this year.
Commissioned by The Natural History Museum, the exhibition will present 100 stunning images chosen from over 45,000 entries. Expert judges select the winners based on creativity, originality and technical excellence. The collection includes breath-taking animal portraits, unique landscapes and weird and wonderful species in endangered habitats, each celebrating the beauty of our fascinating natural ecosystems.
The mission is to raise awareness for conservation of the habitats these marvellous creatures need to thrive, promote sustainability and to rejoice in diversity. Championing ethical photography on a national level from professionals and amateurs alike, the prestigious exhibition highlights the fragility of our world and our impact on it.
