For the fourth year running, Birmingham will be opening the city to the Big Fat Pizza festival, the largest and most important pizza festival in the country.
The festival begins on Saturday 14th September at Quantum Birmingham and is run by the award-winning experimental festival organisers Taste & Liquor. In the first year that the festival ran, thousands fled to Digbeth to try the tasty treats and experience the festival first hand, so there is no doubt that the Digbeth location is going to be a real crowd please this year.
If you don’t know what you fancy to eat, then indulge in the ultimate finger food where the pizza is so versatile there is something for everyone and something fit for every occasion. The event celebrates pizza in all its wonderful forms, from the humble margarita to the new gluten-free pizzas and even pies with stuffed crusts!!!
Taste and liqour are renowned for their show stopping festivals and this is one no different.
The aim of the festival is to provide a platform for independent food traders to promote and popularise their business’ with a variety of sides and puddings also on offer. If you fancy something to wet the lips then there are also multiple bars which will be serving craft beers and cocktails to help you enjoy the festival past the delicious food on off.
